This full-time position is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong attention to detail who takes pride in maintaining luxury vehicle standards. Job Summary The Detail Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the detail department, ensuring vehicles meet Infiniti quality standards, and supporting on-time delivery for sales and service customers. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of the detailing department * Maintain Infiniti luxury-quality appearance standards for all vehicles * Schedule and prioritize detailing workflow for Sales and Service * Perform quality control inspections on completed vehicles * Train, coach, and supervise detail staff * Maintain inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment * Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area * Communicate effectively with Sales Managers, Service Advisors, and leadership * Assist with hands-on detailing as needed Qualifications * Automotive detailing experience required * Prior supervisory or management experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and quality control * Ability to manage time, workflow, and personnel effectively * Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors or in shop conditions * Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Compensation * Competitive hourly or piece-rate pay structure * Compensation based on experience and performance Schedule * Full-time * Day shift * Weekend availability may be required Benefits * Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) * Paid time off and holidays * Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts * Growth opportunities within a growing dealership group Work Location * In person * Infiniti of Albuquerque – Albuquerque, NM
